Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Coeur d'Alene Tribal gaming license required (ancillary)
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be 18 years of age or older
- previous experience of up to 6 months proficiently cleaning guest rooms preferred
- excellent customer service skills required
- must be able to work well in a team environment
- ability to multi-task required with an ability to plan and organize
- excellent verbal communication, presentation, and organization skills required
- must be able to closely follow detailed instructions and established routines with minimal supervision
- must be a self-starter, task focused and a team player
- ability to clean a room ensuring incentive grade quality

Job Duties
- Transport laundry from Spa Towers Laundry to Mountain Lodge Laundry and/or Mountain Lodge to Spa Towers daily
- vacuum hotel corridors at least twice a week
- vacuum and polish elevators at least twice a week
- pick-up guest room trash accumulated from housekeepers by floor at mid-day so housekeepers will have less trash to bring down and dispose of
- assist in the deep cleaning of grouted tile floors located in hotel rooms
- inventory all storage closets at least twice a week
- check in all product through receiving and place in the designated storage area
- vacuum all hotel tower stairways at least twice a month
- maintain and track equipment inventory with appropriate maintenance oversight to ensure equipment longevity
- always greet customers in hallways in a friendly manner
- as necessary, move wide track vacuums and return to maintenance custodial hallway
- timely response to front desk staff when called
- assist leads in ensuring closets are appropriately stocked as well as support the leads to bring supplies to all housekeeping storage closets as needed
- pressure wash guest room trash cans consistently as determined by management to ensure proper cleanliness
- assist the laundry as needed
- assist housekeepers as needed
- other projects and duties as assigned by management
