Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or theatre environment preferred
  • ability to work weekday mornings and evenings/weekends as needed
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage and lead volunteers
  • proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • reliable and punctual
  • enthusiastic about live theatre
  • ability to handle fast-paced and dynamic environments

Job Duties

  • Prepare all front of house reports
  • maintain front of house operations preparing theatre and front lobby to be tidy, organized, secure and welcoming
  • manage and supervise volunteer ushers
  • work closely alongside stage management, box office, security and ImaginOn Library staff
  • ensure audience safety, relaxation, and a pleasant experience
