Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- strong attention to detail
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- proficiency in English
- physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Prepare all front of house reports
- maintain front of house operations preparing theatre and front lobby to be tidy, organized, secure and welcoming
- manage and supervise volunteer ushers
- work closely alongside stage management, box office, security and ImaginOn Library staff
- ensure audience safety and provide excellent hospitality
- coordinate all front of house activities
