Job Duties
- Oversee front of house activities during events
- Supervise usher staff
- Act as point of contact for clients during events
- Manage setup and breakdown of lobby and front of house activities
- Operate and manage the concession stand
- Communicate with backstage crew throughout events
- Ensure compliance with theater health and safety standards
- Troubleshoot challenges during events
- Greet patrons in a friendly and helpful manner
