Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior residential or customer service work experience
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to utilize the internet
- Completion of mandated reporter training on child abuse within 30 days of employment
- Meets child protection clearances required by PA Act 153 including PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, FBI Criminal Record Check

Job Duties
- Supervise assigned shift at the Eliza Shirley House Resolution Center
- Assist Residential Advisors in supporting residents
- Administer house rules related to resident conduct, fire safety, room conditions, and curfew
- Conduct house and room checks
- Manage telephone communications and greet visitors
- Check-in new residents and check-out departing residents
- Prepare house reports and manage sign-in logs
- Call residents to meals and monitor mealtimes
- Respond to emergencies ensuring residents’ safety including evacuation
- Document and communicate issues and concerns to management
- Provide coverage during rotating on-call weekend shifts for staff call-outs
