Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service
- Ability to work day, evening, and weekend hours as required
- Ability to perform moderate lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb stairs repeatedly during performances
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to perform multiple tasks with changing assignments

- Effective communication skills
- Efficient problem-solving abilities
- Ability to perform moderate lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb stairs during events

- Enjoyment of public interaction and the performing arts
Job Duties
- Prepare and close the front-of-house for performances including lighting and locking doors
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of theatre areas including restrooms and seating
- Provide custodial assistance during events as needed
- Manage ushers including sign-in and position assignments
- Coordinate activities of all front-of-house volunteers
- Communicate regularly with the Director of Operations regarding event details
- Complete house reports and maintain presence in the lobby to assist patrons
