Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- leadership and supervisory experience
- physical ability to lift, carry, push or pull objects over 50 pounds
- valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle
- knowledge of show related policies and procedures
- ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Duties
- assist department in customer relations and guest wayfinding
- enforce show related policies and procedures
- maintain communication with stage crew and event staff
- provide show specific information to staff
- manage volunteer usher corps
- maintain presence and punctuality
- provide professional customer service including greeting and directing patrons
- open and close lobby and house
- delegate tasks to event staff and volunteers
- communicate with management and event teams
- enforce house and show rules
- maintain knowledge of upcoming shows
- resolve patron disputes and reseat parties
- conduct pre-show walkthrough
- hold pre-event meetings
- recruit, schedule, train and supervise volunteer ushers
- act as liaison to renters and event coordinators
- assist with special event setup and breakdown
- oversee lobby maintenance and cleanliness
- assist with special projects and event logistics
