Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or event management
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to move between long and short distances including stairs
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Ability to work on-site at Studio Theatre

Job Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a customer-facing event role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience with ticketing software is a plus

Job Duties
- Coordinating building opening times with Manager on Duty
- Working closely with Manager on Duty to ensure proper staff are in place for all performances
- Maintaining the "store," including inventory checks and daily reconciliation
- Upholding the appearance of the lobby and all public areas to ensure a clean environment
- Resolving conflicts involving patron seating issues
- Conducting pre-show volunteer meetings
- Maintaining ticket-scanning equipment, hearing impaired devices, and communication tools
- Working closely with the Box Office to resolve patron ticketing issues timely and efficiently
- Providing additional support during emergencies such as fire alarms and inclement weather warnings
- Setting up tables, chairs, and signage for event rentals
- Facilitating the organization and cleanliness of public spaces for events
- Welcoming guests and checking tickets during events
- Providing directions and venue information to guests
- Enforcing theatre policies and procedures during events
- Performing any additional tasks as assigned by the event manager or point of contact
