Job Duties
- Schedule, train, and supervise ushers
- conduct pre-show walkthroughs to verify cleanliness
- clean theater as needed
- assist audience members during intermission
- open and close theater doors before and after performances
- seat latecomers according to policy
- monitor theater during performances
- ensure safety procedures are followed
- communicate with stage manager regarding show times and audience management
- coordinate with box office to manage ticket disputes and waiting lists
- perform other job-related duties assigned
