- Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM
- enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (audit hours do not count)
- meet satisfactory academic progress if work study
Job Qualifications
- Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM
- enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (audit hours do not count)
- meet satisfactory academic progress if work study
- experience working in performing arts or arts related degree preferred
- detail-oriented and well organized
- excellent communication skills with emphasis on customer service and de-escalation
- basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- ability to learn new programs used by department
Job Duties
- Oversee front-of-house activities leading up to and during live performances
- coordinate communication between administration and technical teams
- manage theatre front-of-house setup
- provide extensive customer service including de-escalation
- assist with special projects and events
- ensure safety and comfort of patrons
- execute various performance-specific tasks
