Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- pass a background check
- physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, and perform housekeeping tasks
- available for full-time work (8am to 4:30pm) Monday through Friday and at least one Saturday each month
- able to communicate effectively with clients
- valid Texas driver's license if driving
- willingness to learn and follow a set cleaning process
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
- ability to work full-time Monday through Friday and one Saturday per month
- valid Texas driver's license for drivers
- bilingual communication skills preferred
- strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- follow a proven cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- manage team schedules and ensure safe driving for team leads
- maintain equipment and ensure cleaning vehicles are stocked for team leads
