Job Duties
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the community and contribute to team goals
- clean and maintain common areas including restrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, management offices, windows, models/guest suites, and amenity spaces
- utilize various cleaning tools and solutions such as brooms, vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, bleach, wax, and ammonia
- maintain pool area by sweeping, arranging furniture, and emptying trash cans
- conduct daily community walks to remove litter, debris, and pet waste
- prepare and clean make-ready units
- report maintenance issues to Service Manager
- adhere to OSHA regulations, health, safety policies, and environmental laws
- provide excellent customer service by treating community members with respect
- complete all Learning Management System courses promptly
- maintain professional appearance, attitude, and attendance
- perform other duties as assigned
