Job Duties

  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the community and contribute to team goals
  • clean and maintain common areas including restrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, management offices, windows, models/guest suites, and amenity spaces
  • utilize various cleaning tools and solutions such as brooms, vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, bleach, wax, and ammonia
  • maintain pool area by sweeping, arranging furniture, and emptying trash cans
  • conduct daily community walks to remove litter, debris, and pet waste
  • prepare and clean make-ready units
  • report maintenance issues to Service Manager
  • adhere to OSHA regulations, health, safety policies, and environmental laws
  • provide excellent customer service by treating community members with respect
  • complete all Learning Management System courses promptly
  • maintain professional appearance, attitude, and attendance
  • perform other duties as assigned
