Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients
Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces including dusting vacuuming mopping and sanitizing surfaces
- Deep clean floors such as sweeping polishing and scrubbing to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Deep clean ovens fridges baseboards light fixtures and organize messes
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established schedules and client preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their specific cleaning needs so they want cleaning on a regular basis after the first cleaning
- Launder linens and other fabrics as needed ensuring they are clean and fresh for client use
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals to ensure a safe working environment
