Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:45am to 5pm
- Reliable transportation to commute to and from work
Job Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and follow company processes
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Follow established cleaning processes and procedures
- Use provided cleaning supplies and uniforms appropriately
- Maintain company car while on duty
- Work as part of a team and support coworkers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
