Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during the daytime, 7:45 am to 5 pm
Job Qualifications
- No prior cleaning experience required
- Ability to work Monday through Friday during the day
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Willingness to learn and follow a structured cleaning process
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Follow a proven cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all housekeeping tasks
- Work as part of a team to complete daily cleaning assignments
- Use company-provided supplies and equipment efficiently
- Adhere to the scheduled working hours and company policies
