Job Requirements
- At least 1 year residential cleaning experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Working and insured vehicle
- Working smartphone
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks for up to 8 hours
- Attendance at paid team meetings
- Willingness and ability to work in homes with pets

- Working and insured vehicle with a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, standing, reaching, and scrubbing for up to 8 hours
- Possession of a working smartphone
- Ability to work positively and independently
- Willingness to work in homes with cats and dogs
Job Duties
- Clean each and every home or office on your schedule in the given time frame so that the client walks in and feels amazing
- Contribute to hiring and training other core values matched cleaners as needed
- Attend paid team meetings weekly
- Maintain positive, trustworthy, and professional attitude while on the job
- Operate and use cleaning supplies and equipment provided by the company
- Work independently to manage cleaning tasks responsibly
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
