Job Requirements
- At least one year of residential cleaning experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Insured and reliable vehicle
- Working smartphone
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, stand, reach, and scrub for up to 8 hours
- Willingness to work in homes with cats and dogs
- Ability to attend paid weekly team meetings
- Availability to work at least 2 consistent days per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of residential cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Strong commitment to customer service and high cleaning standards
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive cleaning motions for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
- Proficient use of smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Ability to work on a consistent schedule during weekdays, including mandatory attendance at weekly team meetings
Job Duties
- Clean each assigned home or office thoroughly within the scheduled time frame to ensure client satisfaction
- Use provided cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently and responsibly
- Attend and actively participate in weekly paid team meetings
- Uphold company values by being positive, trustworthy, real, and going above and beyond in service
- Assist with hiring and training new cleaners who align with company core values
- Maintain communication with clients and management through smartphone and other digital tools
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures when cleaning in client homes or offices
