Job Requirements
- At least one year residential cleaning experience
- Working insured vehicle and valid driver's license
- Working smartphone
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, stand, reach, scrub for up to 8 hours
- Attend paid team meetings
- Willing and able to work in homes with cats and dogs
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year residential cleaning experience
- Valid driver's license
- Experience working independently
- Ability to work weekdays between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm
- Basic smartphone proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Comfortable working in homes with pets
Job Duties
- Clean each and every home or office on your schedule in the given time frame so that the client walks in and feels amazing
- Contribute to hiring and training other core values matched cleaners as needed
- Attend paid team meetings
- Work independently and maintain high cleaning standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment provided by the company
- Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
