Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday, averaging 36-40 plus hours per week
- Dependability and punctuality
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds
- Positive and professional attitude
- Willingness to work as part of a team and interact with customers
Job Qualifications
- No prior cleaning experience required
- Background in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday as scheduled
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning tasks
- Positive attitude and desire to deliver excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Perform professional residential cleaning services including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, wipe downs, and various other chores
- Use company-provided equipment, supplies, and vehicles effectively during work hours
- Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and tip opportunities
- Collaborate and work closely with coworkers as part of a supportive team
- Uphold the company’s high standards for cleanliness and professionalism
- Follow safety and operational procedures while performing cleaning duties
