Job Requirements

18 plus years old
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and insurance
Smartphone required
Ability to lift 20 lbs, bend, kneel, and clean throughout the day
Must pass a background check
Comfortable working independently
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Commitment to long term employment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance
Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures

Job Duties

Clean residential homes thoroughly according to company standards
Lift up to 20 lbs, bend, kneel, and carry out cleaning tasks throughout the day
Work independently while managing time efficiently
Use company-provided tools and cleaning products responsibly
Communicate effectively in English with supervisors and clients
Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate reliability
Participate in ongoing training and development programs
