- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and insurance
- Smartphone required
- Ability to lift 20 lbs, bend, kneel, and clean throughout the day
- Must pass a background check
- Comfortable working independently

Job Qualifications

- Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance
- Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
Job Duties
- Clean residential homes thoroughly according to company standards
- Lift up to 20 lbs, bend, kneel, and carry out cleaning tasks throughout the day
- Work independently while managing time efficiently
- Use company-provided tools and cleaning products responsibly
- Communicate effectively in English with supervisors and clients
