Job Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Willingness to complete and pass a background check
Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and working on ladders
Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:15 am to 5:45 pm
Basic English communication skills

Job Qualifications

No prior cleaning experience required
Ability to communicate in English
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Attention to detail
Customer service orientation
Willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and procedures

Job Duties

Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with housekeeping supplies
Drive company vehicle (team lead only)
Manage the team's schedule and drive safely (team lead only)
Maintain the company car in a safe and presentable condition (team lead only)
Be responsible for the quality of your team (team lead only)
