Job Requirements
- To be considered for an interview, submit the 'Cleaner Fit' assessment test on Indeed
- No prior cleaning experience required - training provided
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, and perform cleaning duties
- Ability to read, speak and write English fluently
- Valid driver’s license
- Own reliable transportation
- Pass a criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Follow specific cleaning instructions and schedules to meet client expectations
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure safety and efficiency
- Operate with punctuality and reliability, starting work early to maximize productivity
- Apply attention to detail to identify and clean areas often overlooked
- Uphold company standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and positive attitude
