Job Requirements
- love to clean, be able to vacuum sweep, dust, clean and mop
- reliable and dependable
- comfortable driving own vehicle to clients' homes
- must have reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver's license
- willing to take a background check
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cleaning experience advantageous but not mandatory
- ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- good communication skills
- dependable and honest character
- valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- vacuum, sweep, dust, clean and mop clients' homes
- travel to clients' locations using personal vehicle
- maintain reliability and punctuality
- follow company cleaning standards and protocols
- communicate effectively with team members and clients
- participate in training and development sessions
- adhere to safety and health guidelines
