Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Job Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
- Ability to learn and follow established cleaning processes
- Positive communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Physically capable of performing housekeeping tasks
- Bilingual preferred
Job Duties
- Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Follow the company’s cleaning process
- Earn tips for quality service
- If a team lead, manage the team’s schedule and drive safely
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the company vehicle is loaded with supplies
- Deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning services
