Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable car with valid license and insurance
- Access to a smartphone
- Ability to perform physical labor for 6 to 8 hours daily
- Washer and dryer available at home for laundering towels
- Willingness to relocate to Vancouver, WA prior to starting work
- Willing to travel up to 25% of the time preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior cleaning experience required as paid training is provided
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
- Basic smartphone proficiency for scheduling and communication
- Ability to handle physical demands of cleaning work for extended periods
Job Duties
- Perform residential house cleaning including kitchens, bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing homes
- Work mostly independently and start the day from home
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently and safely
- Communicate with clients professionally and respond to scheduling needs
- Maintain personal transportation and ensure timely arrival at client locations
- Handle physical cleaning tasks for 6-8 hours daily
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards during all cleaning assignments
