Job Duties
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks in residential homes including dusting vacuuming and sanitizing
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently
- Follow established cleaning protocols to meet customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure needs are met
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled hours
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required
