Job Requirements
- Reliable and insured vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
- Can lift 25 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending and crouching
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Fluent English speaking skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality
- Availability for occasional Saturday hours if desired
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential cleaning preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and reaching overhead
- Fluent in English for communication
- Valid driver’s license with a reliable, insured car
- Capable of using a smartphone with internet access
Job Duties
- Perform routine, deep, and move-out cleaning of residential properties
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company quality standards
- Safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning supplies
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Report any maintenance or repair needs observed during cleaning
- Follow all safety and health regulations
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled hours
