Job Duties
- Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in homes, apartments, condos, and vacation rentals
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and the support team
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning jobs within scheduled appointments
- Maintain and bring own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with partners for move-out and deep cleaning tasks when applicable
- Ensure client satisfaction by adhering to the Beary Clean Guarantee and attending re-cleans if necessary
