Job Requirements
- Be over 21 years old
- Hold a valid California driver’s license
- Have reliable transportation with current insurance
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn new cleaning techniques
- Ability to work physically active job Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
- Reside within or relocate to Irvine, CA 92614
- Willingness to travel up to 25% within service area
Job Qualifications

- Physical ability to perform active cleaning tasks
- Willingness to learn new skills through training

Job Duties
- Clean homes thoroughly including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Follow detailed cleaning protocols to ensure high-quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within scheduled hours
- Maintain company equipment and supplies properly
- Attend training sessions and apply learned techniques on the job
- Uphold company values by being reliable, positive, and trustworthy at all times
