Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Physically able to lift 20 lbs, bend, kneel, and perform cleaning duties
- Fluent in English including reading, writing, and speaking
- Available for full-time or part-time hours up to 35 per week
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to adhere to company safety and sanitization protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required due to paid training
- Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting 20 lbs, bending, kneeling, and pushing
Job Duties
- Perform residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing bathrooms
- Ensure high-quality cleaning standards by following company checklists
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled time frames
- Work independently and as part of a team depending on assignment
- Travel between job locations using personal transportation
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members providing excellent customer service
- Handle cleaning supplies and equipment properly and maintain them
- Follow safety and sanitization protocols to maintain a safe work environment
