Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8 am to 5 pm
- Have a valid Minnesota driver's license
- Must be willing to drive and operate a company vehicle if required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to learn cleaning techniques quickly
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- Valid Minnesota driver's license for positions involving driving company vehicles
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Manage the team's schedule and drive safely
- Maintain equipment and ensure the company vehicle is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies
- Follow the company's proven cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service
- Provide outstanding customer care to promote repeat business
