Job Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Complete a background check
  • Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
  • Available to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • Have a valid Minnesota driver's license

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • No previous experience required as paid training is provided
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn and follow cleaning protocols
  • Basic vehicle operation skills for company car drivers

Job Duties

  • Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
  • Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
  • Manage the team's schedule and drive safely
  • Maintain equipment
  • Load company vehicle with appropriate housekeeping supplies
  • Follow the company's cleaning process to ensure quality service
  • Delight customers to encourage repeat business
