Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have reliable transportation with insurance
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds throughout the workday
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in residential cleaning is an advantage
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting up to 20 pounds
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic communication skills to interact with clients and team members
Job Duties
- Clean client homes thoroughly and efficiently
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled tasks within work hours
- Use proper cleaning equipment and supplies following company standards
- Communicate with clients and management to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills
- Uphold safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Take on leadership or training responsibilities when opportunities arise
