Job Requirements
- must be 18 years old or older
- must have a valid driver’s license
- must own reliable vehicle for transportation
- able to work flexible shifts monday to friday 7:45 am to 5:00 pm or until finished
- good work ethic and enjoy serving people
- meticulous eye for detail
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning advantageous
- valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- strong attention to detail
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- motivation to pursue leadership and career growth opportunities
Job Duties
- perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- adhere to company cleanliness standards and protocols
- maintain and manage cleaning supplies and equipment
- travel to assigned homes using own vehicle safely and punctually
- provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- report any damages or concerns found during cleaning
- participate in training and development programs
