Job Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
ability to pass a background check
physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
ability to stoop, bend, kneel, and stretch throughout an 8-hour workday
ability to lift at least 25 pounds
availability to work Monday through Friday 8 am to 5:30 pm
no prior experience needed
must be able to work in a smoke-free environment
valid driver's license if applying for a team lead position

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
no prior cleaning experience required
ability to learn and follow established cleaning processes
strong interpersonal and communication skills
commitment to providing excellent customer service
ability to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping
valid driver's license preferred for team lead position
willingness to work full-time during typical weekday hours

Job Duties

Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards using the company process
communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
if promoted to team lead, manage team schedules and drive company vehicle safely
perform physical housekeeping tasks including mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning service
