Job Requirements
- Be able to work Monday-Friday from 7:45 am to 5 pm
- Own a personal vehicle for transportation
- Have a positive attitude towards customer service
- Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks
- Willingness to work without nights, weekends, or holidays
- Pass any required background checks
- Be punctual and reliable
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle
- Preferably have previous experience in cleaning or customer service roles
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Provide residential cleaning services including weekly maintenance and deep cleaning
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Drive to client locations using personal vehicle
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Report mileage for reimbursement
- Participate in performance-based bonus opportunities
