Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm
- Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients
- Valid driver’s license if applying for team lead position
- Must be able to drive a company vehicle if assigned
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage positively with customers
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to varied work environments
- Basic vehicle operation skills for team leads
Job Duties
- Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Follow established cleaning processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Earn tips by delivering exceptional service
- For team leads, manage the team’s schedule and drive safely
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the company vehicle is stocked with supplies
- Promote a team-oriented and supportive work environment
