Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- complete a background check
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and working overhead
- availability to work Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm
- valid driver’s license required for team leader position
- willingness to learn and follow company cleaning procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- valid driver’s license for team leaders
- basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance (team leaders)
- reliable and punctual
- strong attention to detail
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- follow cleaning processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- communicate with customers professionally and positively
- manage team schedule and drive safely (team leaders only)
- maintain cleaning equipment and supplies (team leaders only)
- work collaboratively in teams of two
- use company vehicles for transport to job sites
