Job Requirements
- Available to work full-time Monday through Friday
- Own a working vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license
- Prefer a physically active job over a desk job
- Ability to lift, bend, and kneel during routine cleaning duties
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Willingness to participate in professional training and development
- Be punctual and reliable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping is an asset but not required
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and kneeling
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
Job Duties
- Perform routine house cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and kneeling
- Use professional cleaning techniques and products to ensure high-quality service
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality from Monday to Friday
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Participate in training programs to improve skills and service quality
- Follow company policies and safety guidelines
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build positive client relationships
