Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- complete a background check
- physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- availability to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 5pm
- bilingual preferred but must be able to communicate with clients
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in cleaning or customer service is a plus but not required
- strong attention to detail
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- valid driver’s license for team leads
Job Duties
- Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards
- communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- follow a proven cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- for team leads - manage the team's schedule and drive safely
- maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the company car is stocked with supplies
