- Reliable car, phone, and internet access
- Own cleaning supplies
- Strong customer service mindset
- Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
- Basic English reading and speaking skills
- General liability insurance (company covers first month if needed)
- Physical ability to lift 20 pounds, bend, kneel, and twist during shifts
