Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work preferred
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have own cleaning supplies
- General liability insurance required
- Ability to travel as needed
- Reliable transportation
- Legal authorization to work
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning janitorial work or hotel housekeeping management
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks consistently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle various cleaning tools and chemicals safely and effectively
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality cleaning standards is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties including dusting vacuuming mopping and surface sanitization
- Maintain floor care through sweeping and mopping
- Ensure all sanitation standards are met during cleaning procedures to promote health and safety
- Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks including surface wiping and basic cooking-related sanitation when required
- Use supplies effectively to ensure a spotless environment
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled hours
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
