Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and working overhead
- Available to work Monday through Friday from 7:45am to 4:45pm
- Bilingual preferred but not necessary
- Must be able to communicate effectively with clients

- No previous cleaning experience required
- Valid driver’s license for those seeking to drive the company vehicle
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers

Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Follow established cleaning processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly and professional manner
- For team leads, manage the team’s schedule and drive safely
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the company car is stocked with supplies
- Deliver excellent customer service to foster client relationships
- Handle physical housekeeping tasks including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and overhead work
