Job Requirements
- 19 years of age or older
- legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- conversational English (spoken and written)
- valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle
- ability to drive in all seasons
- live within 20 miles of US 36 and Sheridan, Westminster, CO
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks such as bending, kneeling, scrubbing, pushing, pulling, vacuuming
- smartphone with reliable service, GPS, and app capability

- ability to handle physical cleaning tasks
Job Duties
- Perform residential and occasional commercial cleaning
- work mostly solo with some team jobs
- follow the Perfect Maintenance Cleaning system for consistency and quality
- provide outstanding customer service to earn positive client feedback and tips
- maintain punctuality and reliability
- communicate professionally with clients and team members
- consistently double-check work to ensure thoroughness and attention to detail
