Job Requirements
- Be at least 19 years of age
- have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- possess conversational English (spoken and written)
- hold a valid driver’s license and have a reliable insured vehicle
- live within 20 miles of US 36 and Sheridan in Westminster, CO
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks
- own a smartphone with reliable service and GPS capabilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- willingness to learn and complete paid training
- strong work ethic and physical stamina
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to follow established cleaning protocols
- basic technology skills including smartphone and GPS use
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- prior cleaning experience is an advantage but not required
Job Duties
- Perform residential and occasional commercial cleaning
- follow the Perfect Maintenance Cleaning system for consistency and quality
- work mostly solo with some team cleaning jobs
- provide outstanding service to earn positive client feedback and tips
- maintain punctuality and reliability
- communicate professionally with clients and team members
- support teammates and contribute to a positive work environment
