Job Requirements
- 19 years of age or older
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Conversational English spoken and written
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable insured vehicle with willingness to drive in all seasons
- Live within 20 miles of US 36 and Sheridan in Westminster, Colorado
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Own a smartphone with reliable service, GPS, and app capability
Job Qualifications
- At least high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in cleaning or janitorial services is a plus but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Perform residential cleaning and occasional commercial cleaning
- Work mostly independently with some team projects
- Follow the Perfect Maintenance Cleaning system for quality and consistency
- Provide exceptional service that generates positive client feedback and tips
- Maintain punctuality and reliability
- Demonstrate attention to detail and thoroughness in all cleaning tasks
- Support and collaborate with coworkers as a team player
