Job Requirements
- full-time availability
- must pass background check
- access to a reliable vehicle and cell phone daily
- able to lift up to 20 lbs consistently
- comfortable working independently
- willing to commute to service areas including Argyle, Bartonville, Carrollton, Coppell, Corinth, Denton, Flower Mound, Frisco, Highland Village, Lewisville, Lake Dallas, Little Elm, Plano, Roanoke, and The Colony
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in residential cleaning preferred but not required
- strong attention to detail
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- effective communication skills
- physical stamina to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and kneeling
Job Duties
- perform thorough cleaning of residential homes including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- communicate professionally with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines
- operate cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly
- maintain accurate records of cleaning tasks and client requests
- report any maintenance or repair needs to management
- participate in training programs to uphold service quality
