Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours (7am to 5pm)
- Valid driver’s license for those willing to drive company vehicles
- Ability to communicate with clients effectively
- Willingness to follow company training and procedures
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or cleaning experience is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies is an advantage
- Bilingual skills preferred
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Follow the company’s cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- For team leads - manage the team's schedule and drive safely
- For team leads - maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the company vehicle is loaded with supplies
- Delight customers to encourage repeat business and earn tips
- Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
