Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physically capable of standing, squatting, kneeling, and lifting 25 to 40 pounds for 6 to 7 hours daily
- Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing
- Responsible for maintaining own cleaning supplies
- Commitment to long-term employment
- This is not a commercial cleaning or janitorial position
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in residential cleaning is an advantage but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills
- Physically able to meet the demands of the job
- Basic understanding of cleaning products and equipment
Job Duties
- Perform thorough and professional residential cleaning
- Maintain and care for cleaning supplies
- Work independently with accountability
- Arrive on time and consistently deliver high-quality service
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Lift and move weights between 25 to 40 pounds regularly
