Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work preferred
Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
Knowledge of proper sanitation and cleaning methods
Good communication skills
Reliable transportation for travel between job sites
Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
Flexibility to work a part-time schedule of 15 to 30 hours per week

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or hotel housekeeping is preferred
Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper cleaning techniques
Skills in carpet cleaning, floor care, laundry, and general custodial tasks are advantageous
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
Reliable transportation may be required for travel between client locations

Job Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
Maintain cleanliness of floors through carpet cleaning, floor care, and other specialized techniques
Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health standards, including kitchens and bathrooms
Manage supplies and equipment to ensure efficient cleaning operations
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services
Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
Occasionally assist with light cooking or meal preparation as needed for clients
